These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Hamara Umrah ("the Platform") and your business ("Agency", "Provider", or "Partner") regarding the listing and sale of Umrah packages.
1. Agency Eligibility and Verification
- Licensing: You must hold a valid license to provide Umrah services as required by your local jurisdiction and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
- Verification: You must provide all requested documentation (business license, IDs of owners, etc.) for verification. Failure to maintain a verified status will result in suspension of listings.
2. Listing and Pricing
- Accuracy: You are responsible for accurate package details including hotels, transportation, and inclusions.
- Fair Pricing: All prices must include mandatory taxes and fees. Hidden fees are not allowed.
- Availability: Keep your package availability updated at all times.
3. Service Delivery
- Contractual Obligation: Once a booking is accepted, you are legally obligated to provide the services described in the package.
- Professionalism: Communicate professionally with clients via in-app chat and fulfill all promises regarding visa processing and logistics.
4. Platform Fees and Payments
- Commission: Hamara Umrah charges a service fee on each successful booking, deducted before payout.
- Payouts: Client payments are securely held and released according to the agreed payout schedule.
- Withdrawals: Request withdrawals of your available balance via the dashboard.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Policy Setting: Define your cancellation policy clearly on your profile/packages.
- Honoring Policies: Refunds must comply with your stated policy.
- Dispute Mediation: Participate in the Platform's mediation process and abide by the final decision.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not encourage clients to pay outside the Platform to avoid fees.
- Do not provide false hotel information, expired visas, or substandard transportation.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Hamara Umrah from any claims, losses, or damages arising from failure to deliver travel services or violation of local laws.
